2025 brings me to 33 years in the beauty industry. I completed my Diploma at Perth College of Beauty Therapy and worked in salons around Perth before buying Beauty Essentials in 2004. The industry has changed so much over the years with the introduction of more scientific skin care and medical treatments.
The most exciting for me is IPL for skin rejuvenation and permanent hair reduction. I purchased our first machine in 2008 and last year a second machine with SHR technology, giving clients a more comfortable treatment that is quicker and more cost effective.
I love performing every aspect of Beauty Therapy with facials being my favourite, and there is no better feeling than a client leaving my salon feeling refreshed and relaxed.
